EDIESSE

EDIESSE was founded as a publishing house in Bologna in 1977, specifically to produce a reference book on the economic and manufacturing scenario in the Emilia Romagna region.

The editors and compilers availed themselves of the usual information supplied by State and Local Government agencies and Chambers of Commerce and also carried out a thorough survey over the whole regional area. This enabled them to select and classify the different concerns operating within the region. The whole operation resulted in the first yearbook of manufacturers, handicrafts, trades and professional activities in Emilia Romagna: "L'informatutto della regione".

Since its founding year, Ediesse knew a steady growth and handles now the most relevant and updated regional economic databank.
